We have been investing in properties in the North East of England since 2004, so use our experience, contacts and time to find properties in high yielding locations. We then buy them with our own cash to secure them and then refurbish them to a good, rentable standard. A trusted local letting agency then carefully selects and sets up suitable tenants for the properties, all included in the price of the proeprty.
We have sold in excess of 350 properties since 2017 to investors who regularly come back for more properties. If the landlords have a change in circumstances and wish to sell their properties, we are happy to sell their properties to other investors who are currently looking for high yielding, tenanted properties.
The properties we sell on behalf of the current landlords have all been previously refurbished by ourselves and are managed by a trusted local rental team. All properties have been inspected before sale and we ensure that all necessary certificates are in date.
We will help you all the way through the purchase process and beyond. Including with solicitors, insurance brokers and the local selective licensing requirements as well as with the ongoing property management.
We do not charge any sourcing fees.
