We specialise in selling ready let, buy to let properties in the North East of England. Our process is simple, we buy properties that need refurbishment, refurbish them to a tenant ready standard, and tenant them using our own local letting agent who also offers to manage the properties on an ongoing basis.
Our high yield properties offer between 8% and 12% yield.
We have been investing in properties in the North East of England since 2004 so are used to the issues of being distant landlords and will help throughout the whole process. Including with solicitors, insurance brokers and the local selective licensing requirements as well as with the ongoing property management.
We have sold and manage in excess of 500 properties in the area since May 2017 to investors who regularly come back for more properties.
