We have personally been investing in the North East of England for 20 years, particularly around the County Durham area, so when you a buy a property from us you are receiving the benefit of our knowledge, our experience and our time. 

This means all of our properties that are for sale directly are in popular, high yielding rental locations, and then refurbished by our builders to the minimum of the Durham Decent Home Standard before you complete your purchase, all costs included in the price advertised, plus no charge to fix snagging issues for 6 months from your completion date.  The properties are then tenanted by a local trusted and experienced letting agency who will carefully select and arrange suitable tenants for the property and offer to manage the property/s for you on an ongoing basis, closely managing rent collection and the upkeep of the properties for 10% of rent per month (+VAT) with a minimum charge of £45 per month (+VAT)

We will help you all the way through the purchase process and beyond.  Including with solicitors, insurance brokers and the local selective licensing requirements as well as with the ongoing property management.

We do not charge any sourcing fees.
