We are fortunate enough to have been able to sell and refurbish 18 properties in the Easington area.
These properties had been boarded up for a time and we are refurbishing them and bring them back into use as family homes.
All phase 1 of the Easington properties have been sold. The majority are all finished and tenanted.
A number of phase 2 are now sold. Work will shortly commence.
