What has been happening so far in 2021 at ReadyLet Properties?

Our high yielding properties in the North East of England are more popular than ever. So far in 2021 we have had 42 properties reserved and 33 completions.  We now manage over 270 properties in County Durham.

Demand in the Market is high, and the average price of the Freehold Terraced properties reserved in quarter 1 of the year was £49,995, up from £41,700 for the same period last year, with no sign of any downturn ahead.  Prices are still increasing, and average rental yields are now between 9-11%.

We are also receiving lots of lovely reviews from our happy customers with many wanting to buy more properties as and when they are available as they are happy with the high yields and the way we manage the property and tenants to ensure a steady rental income stream.
